Five Ingredient One Pan Peach Cobbler
There’s something about peach cobbler that feels like it should take a whole afternoon and a sink full of dishes. This one doesn’t. It’s a true one pan dessert made with just five ingredients, and there’s a good chance you already have everything you need sitting in your pantry right now. This is the recipe you pull out when you want something warm, sweet, and comforting without turning your kitchen upside down. No complicated steps, no extra bowls, just a simple mix-and-bake situation that delivers that golden, bubbly cobbler everyone loves. It’s easy enough for a weeknight, but still feels like you put in real effort when you set it on the table.
Equipment
- 9x9 baking dish
Ingredients
- 1 cup Original Bisquick Mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 jar peaches in syrup, drained
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In your baking dish, add and mix all ingredients except the peaches with a whisk.
- When the batter is mixed well (no clumps), pour your drained peaches right on top.
- Do not stir or mix up at this point. Place in your oven and bake for 50-60 minutes until the crust is gold and bubbly.
- Enjoy with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat!
Notes
Use canned, fresh, or frozen peaches. If using canned, drain them well so the cobbler isn’t too loose. If using fresh, peel and slice, then toss with a little sugar if they’re not super sweet. Frozen peaches work great too, just thaw and drain first.
Do not overmix the batter. Stir just until everything is combined so the texture stays light and tender.
A standard 9x9 pan works perfectly, but anything close in size will do. Since it’s a one pan recipe, you’ll be mixing and baking in the same dish, so make sure it’s large enough to hold everything comfortably.
Keep an eye on the top toward the end of baking. You’re looking for that golden, slightly crisp finish with bubbling edges. If it starts browning too quickly, loosely tent with foil.
Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving. This helps it set up a bit and makes scooping easier.
If you want to elevate it just a little, add a splash of vanilla to the batter, but it’s just as good as written.
Serve warm. It’s great on its own, but a scoop of vanilla ice cream takes it over the top.
