Wash the grapes and dry them thoroughly so the caramel sticks.
Insert a pretzel stick into one end of each grape.
Place the caramel sauce and chopped peanuts in separate small bowls.
Holding each grape by its pretzel stick, dip it into the caramel, then into the chopped peanuts or your topping of choice.
Place on a parchment-lined tray. Serve immediately, or freeze until firm for a cold treat.
- Caramel: A thick caramel sauce works best. Thin, pourable sauce may slide off the grapes.
- Make ahead: For the frozen version, prepare 1–2 days ahead. Freeze in a single layer, then cover or transfer to an airtight freezer container.
- Pretzel texture: Pretzel sticks may soften during storage. Serve soon after assembling for the most crunch.
- Topping options: Try crushed Biscoff cookies, chopped pecans, crushed pretzels, or fall sprinkles.
