Ingredients

  • 1 12.4 oz tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls with frosting
  • 1 20 oz. can apple pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Set the icing aside.
  • Add the cinnamon roll pieces and apple pie filling to a large 9x13 baking dish.
  • Gently toss until well combined. If you need more liquid, you can add about ¼ cup of milk.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle the reserved icing over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters so they bake evenly and are easy to scoop.
  • Don’t skip the icing! Microwave the frosting for 10 seconds before drizzling for an extra-gooey finish.
  • For the best texture, let the cobbler cool for 5–10 minutes before serving so the filling can thicken slightly.
  • Serve warm on its own for breakfast or brunch, or add vanilla ice cream for an easy dessert.
  • Prep ahead: Assemble the cobbler the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Bake when ready to serve, adding a few extra minutes to the bake time if needed.
